The location was perfect and excellent, close to Els Orriols. The breakfast had lots of options and included toast, fresh bread, cereal, and cheese. Extremely helpful team from reception to waiters. Stayed here before and I would not hesitate to return there.

I found the hotel's location unbeatable, so close to the city centre, the main gondola which is uphill on the way back and nearby restaurants. After long day I visited Igloo Bar for a couple of drinks.

Perfect, clean hotel with welcoming personnel from reception to waiters. Honestly no complaints whatsoever.

It was clean, I will be back. I really enjoyed the original-style building and my spotless room. The location was beautiful so close to the gondola for mountain access. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Igloo Bar.

I loved the large room with a veranda overlooking the town, a kettle, a tea. The hotel's location was amazing, so close to the stream, and supermarket.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we really enjoyed the convenient location of the hotel. It is situated across the street from a lovely restaurant and very close to another pub that serves food. This made it easy for us to find places to eat after a long day of trekking. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were always pleasant and helpful, which added to our positive experience. The room was comfortable and clean, with stunning views from the bedroom window. We also appreciated the good range of choice at the breakfast buffet, providing us with a satisfying start to our trekking adventures.

We felt very welcome during our stay at Hotel Xalet Verdu and had no complaints at all.

This hotel was a fantastic deal for the money we paid. The location is great, 200m from the ski lift yet apart from the noisy night bars. The stuff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is comfy, very warm inside, heating is more than enough to dry out clothes after skiing. Nice bar and a chillout room with sofas and pool table. We did not eat in the hotel's restaurant, so no comments on the food but the menu changed every other day, seemed alright. It's all good and highly recommended to stay.

Not much bad to be said. Smoking people in the bar bothered us, but it's allowed in the country, so it's like that in every bar and restaurant. Breakfast was a little average for everyday stay but still ok. Stuff could improve their english, but it was enough to get around, and they were very friendly all the time.

Everything was simply perfect. Thoroughly enjoyed how nicely presented and excellent value the property was and its brilliantly helpful staff from reception to waiters. The atmosphere created was comfortable. My room facing swimming pool was great-sized and bright. I could use central heating, an electronic key card, coffee and tea making equipment. The location was so ideal and exceptionally nice for walking around Vallnord Ski Resort. There was a good restaurant a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.

The hotel was very good value for money. Not a luxury hotel by any means, but excellent accommodation within this price bracket. The breakfast was very generous with a good variety of foods and we enjoyed a tasty evening meal on a couple of occasions.

Overall - well presented and good value place with very amiable staff especially the male waiter.

Excellent choice for a short stay. We had a spacious and clean room, with a nice bathroom. The buffet breakfast had a good variety of options. The staff was friendly and helpful. I'd recommend this hotel.

Convenient location, helpful, English speaking staff. Good variety of food both for breakfast and dinner at half board, no culinary extavaganza, but tasty dishes for dinner with buffet starter and a selection from 3 main courses. Free parking places in front of hotel. No issues with having our dog with us in the room. Free wifi with reception also in higher floor, not in the rooms, though. Hotel had 5% discount for ski passes.

Cleaning in the rooms could be more thorough. Furniture is rather simple, beds were a bit uncomfortable.
